The project is a Homestar 6-rated design with Full Universal Design and Accessibility as key design drivers for the ground floor units.

The building façade consists mostly of full-height precast concrete with a rough-sawn timber lookalike finish in dark grey and a smooth finish with vertical grooves in white. Juliet-style windows adorn the street frontage with floor-to-ceiling openings and aluminum balustrades.

On the ground floor, there are 3 one-bed accessible units with accessible parking and 2 two-bed non-accessible units.

This site is well positioned being near the Westfield St Lukes and bus services along both Fowlds Avenue and St Lukes Road. While the area is primarily represented by ‘private owner 'family accommodation there are also several blocks of investment flats developed during the 1970s to early 1980s.

This site was previously home to 1 family but Build Partners will make home for 15 new families to be welcomed into the neighborhood.

St Luke’s shopping mall is only a short walk away (2-3 mins) from the site, as well as other amenities such as public transport, parks, petrol stations, doctor’s clinics, and more.
