KiwiBuild at McLennan Park

Build Partners is proud to be part of the KiwiBuild programme. As one of the first construction companies to deliver homes as part of the McLennan Park development, this is well underway. With our Clients goal of a Christmas handover to allow new families in for Christmas, we have been working long hours to meet this tight timeframe and ensure some lucky families will get their Christmas wish. With 7, two bedroom terrace homes and 5 standalone 4 bedroom homes this development will provide new well built, warm architecturally designed homes for 12 new families. Photos show the rapid progress as we only started this in July 2018.

 

 

 

 

The process has been amazing with the superstructures all in place and the roofs on! The buildings are almost closed in and the internal works have started. Our Build team leading this project have a fantastic team  team working alongside them to ensure this programme delivers.
