Noel

Noel is a highly experienced Chartered Engineer with over 40 years across a multitude of civil engineering projects. He specialises in land development, roading, transport and 3 waters. With a career spanning both private sector and local government roles across NZ and internationally, Noel has a wide network and understands the complexities of achieving results in the challenging land development area. He believes in continuing his career when others may have retired as he still has a lot to contribute. He is a wise head offering well thought out, sage advice on any project.
