Having worked on the carpentry tools, initially for four years and doing his own renovations and new builds, Paul has a great deal of practical experience to go with his many years being involved managing the financial aspects of a wide range of different projects from commercial to hospitals to industrial to high-end residential to conservation to social housing.

He pays great attention to detail and believes the best problem solving strategy is anticipation enjoys helping build great teams on each project he works on.
